Legal Acpects of Securities. Selected Issues

Summary/Abstract: Securities have no homogenous character. In this article the term of securities is presented on the basis of selected acts of law and doctrinal concept. The article describes the essence of securities, their functions in economy, and their selected fea-tures. Some of the features and functions are distinguished due to their exceptional meaning. The article pays attention to the creation of securities as important in the theory of law, and compares the concept of money with the concept of securities.
