Summary/Abstract: Econophysics is one of the ideas, aspiring to belong to a set of concepts, methods and instruments for efficient logistic management. It owes its name to the interdisciplinary approach to solving economic problems (including logistic management) with the methods used by physicists. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to identify the econophysical theories and conduct an initial assessment of their suitability to the needs of logistic management. The assessment is subject to the following theories: hyperspace, Brownian motion, catastrophes, chaos and synergetics. The results of the research show that the analyzed theories complement each other acting in a package of instruments useful in various areas of the logistic management.
