Effectiveness of logistic processes in the strategy of enterprise management

Summary/Abstract: The concept of value management in a measurable method is connected with logistic processes in the whole chain of deliveries. The deliveries chain integration causes that the basic factors such as: customers, products, processes and supplies present the system of entities of mutual interrelations and finally help companies improve’ results and achieve competitive position. Thus the logistic processes effectiveness influences the company value creation for a company as well as for a customer. It is reflected in establishing a product and a customer value, especially in services sector.
