Summary/Abstract: Analyzing the evolution of the military conflicts, from modern age, I have considered necessary a review of the manifestation mode of the principles of military war in present, especially because of the technological evolution. This is why we believe that a review of this problem is necessary and useful. Therefore, in this case, we will stop, for the beginning, at the surprise, a principle that will always be present in the armed conflicts.
