Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the poverty of the Bulgarian philosophical reason expressed in the adaption of some Bulgarian philosophers to the political situation. Two historical events – the discussion over Dimitar Michaltchew’s “Logic”, 1952/53, and the last philosophical congress in Bulgaria, 1989 – are compared.
