Summary/Abstract: This text goes into the constitution of the immediate thing. Here the thing itself is comprehended as an event, and its constitution - as a sense or existential constitution. Thus, the ontological constitution of the thing seems to have sense, existential and historical character. I treat thinking as an essential side of existence. It is exactly thinking, through which meanings are immanent to human’s way of being. These meanings represent constitutive reasons in the existential constitution of the immediate thing. They themselves though, are determined by special transcendental meanings - the values, accessible in conscience.
