Summary/Abstract: INTERNATIONAL LAW // The article discusses the role of probation in the sanctions set of the Penal Code in terms of its relation to another punishment, namely, the corrective service without imprisonment which has been cancelled. The aim is to analyse the differences and the similarities between corrective service without imprisonment and corrective service as probation measure. The author introduces the term “punishment limit” and dwells on the partially adopted “corrective service” measure, to give its content further substance.
