Eurofisc – decentralised cooperation

Summary/Abstract: This article refers to the Eurofisc which is a network for administrative cooperation against VAT fraud for all 27 EU member states. Due to the large scale of fraud in value-added taxation creation of the Eurofisc should be considered a welcome and potentially effective tool to protect national budgets and combat the grey economy.
