Summary/Abstract: The paper identifies the role of operational routines in the current business activity. Furthermore, it discusses the impact of corporate learning on the change in operating routines. The exemplification of procedures related to the new products sale revealed the pattern of repetitive behaviour of companies in response to certain stimuli.
