Summary/Abstract: This article is aimed at presenting the correlations appearing between employees interpersonal relationships and organizational learning effects achievement of their organization. The discussion is based on both literature study and empirical research results. The thesis of this article states that together with an increase of positive interpersonal relationship intensity an organization is more successful in accomplishing development results being the learning organization domain.
