Cooperative Credit Union as a learning organization on the ex ample of Stefczyk Union – features and solutions

Summary/Abstract: The main objective of this paper is to assess how cooperative savings and credit organizations meet the requirements of learning organizations. This paper describes the concept and features of a learning organization in the light of literature. Efforts to create a learning organization implemented by Stefczyk Union (fund) have been indicated. Particular attention was paid to the ability to use their knowledge for the development of the organization with particular emphasis on innovation processes and development of workers skills.
