MEANS OF EXPRESSION IN RADIO NEWS REPORTS

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents results of an analysis of means of expression used in radio news reports. It offers a view at the means applied in the portrayal of events in commercial and public broadcasting. It stresses the regularity and functionality in the choices of nationalistic and stylisticly marked means of expression, with regards to the character of a medium.
