Summary/Abstract: Władysław Grabski, a leading economist and politician, three times the Minister of the Treasury, and twice the Prime Minister of the Second Republic of Poland, is the author of a draft law on agrarian reform and the creator of the Polish monetary system. His programme of structural changes in the Polish economy is based on national values and consistent ideas leading the country to benefit from its creative potential.
