Corporate governance in the transition process

Summary/Abstract: The author of this text sets as his objective the opening of the ‘black box’ of the already-existent poor corporate governance in the transition economies, in the manner of pointing out and analysing a number of the reasons for, and the consequences of, this kind of conduct. In this sense, mostly relying on the experience of countries other than Montenegro, the problems raised in privatised companies will be analysed.
