Summary/Abstract: This chapter is a review of Turkey’s obligations under international and regional human rights instruments and the compliance of domestic legislation with these instruments. This chapter concludes with specific recommendations to Turkish authorities for bringing the state’s legal framework in compliance with international human rights standards.
