Summary/Abstract: Nowadays the civil aviation is the safest transportation means, but to reach this stage the international civil aviation community has made a series of efforts both legal and technical. The main aim of those who disturbed the civil aviation operations was political and the reason for which the civil aviation was chosen as a target to reach their “own interests” was the poor involvement of the international intergovernmental organizations and national institutions responsible for aeronautics security.
