METHODS OF MULTICRITERIA OF DECISION SUPPORTIN USABILITY EVALUATION OF WEBSITES

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is the analysis and evaluation of the usefulness of MCDA methods. The issue of usefulness is introduced, then the synthesis of currently applied methods and techniques is made as well as methodological guidelines of the suggested own solution are presented. Twelve methods were analysed from Electre family, Promethee, the method Melchior, UTA, Topsis and AHP based on the set of criteria and the best method was chosen for the evaluation of web sites. Conclusions from conducted examinations are at the end of this paper.
