Summary/Abstract: The article presents an experiment of a usability analysis of social portals. Hence, the notion of Web 2.0 is presented in details. On the base of the literature review the selected approaches for web-usability analysis are described. These experiments are accomplished using multicriteria decision making approach both to classify the selected social portals and evaluate the web-usability of them. The conclusions finish this article.
