Summary/Abstract: The author deals with the problem of Political Philosophy of T.G. Masaryk and Václav Havel. He analyses mainly the question of so called Non-Political Politics. The author shows the origin of the conception of Masaryk, following the ideas of K. Havlíček. He analyses main works of Masaryk: „Havlíček“ (1898), „World´s Revolution" (1928) and "New Europe" (1919). The Concept of Non-Political Politics was a central idea of Havel´s aspiration to find a way out from the dependence of the man on the communist régime. There are three key´s texts of Havel´s Political Philosophy: „On the topic of the opposition“ (1968), „The letter to Mr. Gustáv Husák“ (1975), and „The Power of Powerless“ (1978).The author deals to present very complicated development of Havel´s position to the institution of political parties and the democratic system. He shows also some aspects of discussions about Havel´s political philosophy after the November 1989.
