New young Russian intelligentsia: philosophical problems of noosphere ecology, anthropology and personology of the XXI century

Summary/Abstract: The peculiarities of new mental formation development of modern Russia — young Russian intelligentsia – are analyzed on the basis of histori-cal succession of Russian and soviet intelligentsia. It is shown that for the formation of this unique phenomenon certain efforts should be made to create natural (resulting from nature) and artificial (cultural) habitat. It is also neces-sary to form the model of noosphere education which will meet the century-old traditions of Russia’s development.
