Means of communication process improvement

Summary/Abstract: The article considers the main issues of the communication process. Factors that enhance the quality of message being sent and ability to receiva a message have been described in detail. The article also explores methods and techniąues that help to eliminate disturbances in communication. Special attention has been paid to the communication process between the lecturer and the student, and communication evaluation criteria have been set out. It has been emphasized that proper assessment of communication process is the best source of information for development of the communication process itself.
