Summary/Abstract: Social events, political and historical spent in Romania in December 1989 are too important to remain registered only in newspapers or archives era for public order and defense institutions of the political system. Their extent and the subsequent consequences for the Romanian society, these events require their depth research because succeeding generations will have access to all past historical- political as it is.
