Summary/Abstract: The precipitate of BiH /within its ethinc definitions/, among the other things has been defined by its political culture, closed ethnic groups, insufficiency of urban culture had tuned it into the natural stage of the Hobbes's type. The presence of the foreingners is of instrumental nature and englarges its dependency. The destructive Gemainschaft, as well as it main point of supoort, prevents Bosnia from having the constructive relation with East and West. Its civil elements therefore, which are weak but significant, in the long run gain the advantage in form of the Gesselshaft, as a form of survival, heading to modern society and the principle of non - discriminatory attitude toward religion, convictions and autochtonous attributes.
