POPULARISATION OF SCIENCE ON THE INTERNET

Summary/Abstract: The author makes an attempt to seize certain symptoms of science popularization on the Internet shown from the point of view of the institutional and individual subjects. The forms of the popularization presence in the electronic medium were presented on the drawn background covering only the significant Internet discriminants and methodological revaluations caused by the spreading of the concept of discourse. The drawn transformations related to the existing so far bundle of style features of popular-scientific texts include focusing on an initiation of addressee’s interests, stimulating his/her interest and satisfying this interest. An increase of the transfer stimulativeness is additionally supported by an inter-semiotic, inter-active and in a greater extent institutional character of the activities popularizing scientific knowledge.
