Job satisfaction as a component of life quality of contemporary human

Summary/Abstract: The author of the article presents the results of the studies conducted among the workers of Polish organizations concerned with the conditioning of job satisfaction. The analyses are conducted in the context of such variables as experiencing unethical behavior at work from the perspective of the victim and of the observer, organizational climate, the size and the type of the organization.
