Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the main directions of the ethno cultural development in the Tomsk Region. The problems of theoretical basis and the content of ethno- cultural education are mentioned. According to the examples are given the experience and the wayof interaction between the establishments of general education, high educational establishments, national cultural autonomies, public organizations, connected with intercultural agreements. The main attention is paid to the methodological description of the most picturesque events, taking place in educational and socio- cultural area of the Region and Russia in whole. The details are given, describing the net model of the educational ethno-centers, their aims and functions. The accent is paid to the experience, represented by the refresh courses for teachers, working with migrants’ children. The article describes the ideas of projects, connected with involvement of youth, representatives of national cultural autonomies into events of educational character, connected with the growth of national cultural popularity and traditions in the region of ethnic diversity.
