Summary/Abstract: This article presents management methods, that can be used in public sector to increase customers’ satisfaction. Describes different types of customers in public administra¬tion and information tools for authorities to communicate with the public. The article empha¬size the role of feedback in the communication process. Also discusses some aspects employ¬ees’ participation and information as an important element of organizational management and organization development.
