Summary/Abstract: Dr. George Simons (USA, living and working in France) presents a workshop using the research and dynamics of The Cultural Detective Women & Men (Copyrights) which deals with worldwide values of women and men in life and in work. The model will provide a tool for analyzing a case study where workplace discourse and behavior are identified with core cultural values and offer the opportunity to create viable bridges between the protagonists. Participants will be given a PowerPoint illustrated minilecture on the core values and analysis process, participate in solving the case study and will also be introduced to an instructional game about Gender Diversity.
