Summary/Abstract: Guidance and counseling “work” with diversity. The uniqueness of all persons includes everyone with him/ her resources. One of diversity elements is gender. We intend to provide an understanding of diversity, in general and diversity management principles on gender perspective in guidance and counseling. Effective diversity management strategy has a positive effect on personal development, creativity, problem solving, and organizational flexibility. What is the advantage to be a girl or a boy? The guidance and counseling program empower all people to reach their full potential and to create a positive learning and work environment.
