Summary/Abstract: For several years, the world of education and more specifically of l 'University is subjected to group of technological mutations. These procreate a dematerialization of support of broadcasting, a massive and growing arrival of numerical technologies. These mutations require the implementation of new mechanisms in steps of acquisitions of knowledge and competences. Plan of study, professional plan, intellectual enrichment, communicational and relational are closely linked and cannot be made without an use. Breaking numerical which hits the University therefore very hard, such as social numerical networks, identity, web services, research of information and insertion professional, make left the package of the student submerged in new communities of study consequently. The university as place of knowledge and knowledge has to offer not only adapted tools of communication, but also, accompaniment in « good practices » of uses it to respect ethics and ethics in an environment where cross different borders corresponding to the "social " and "professional", "private" spheres. It making and with regard to this group of data, our hired study aims at offering axles d 'orientation and recommendations in tools and methods to be implemented to accompany the students, but also, d 'actions to guide them in the best possible conditions throughout their programme towards objectives of acquisition of competences and professional insertion.
