Summary/Abstract: The paper is a continuation of the findings presented in the article Od haskali do Zagłady. Czy proza hebrajskiego odrodzenia narodowego istnieje w polskim przekładzie? published in „Roczniki Humanistyczne” 2012, vol. 1. The author points to the fact that among the numerous translations into Polish there are no translations of Hebrew ideological novels written in Poland: texts about the rebirth of the Polish state and ones showing the dilemmas of the young generation of Jews entering their adult lives at the time of World War I and putting their hopes for emancipation on the Independent Poland. Comparing these narrations with the political-social novels by Żeromski, Nałkowska, Strug or Kaden would form an interesting comparative perspective. The text also contains a supplement to the list of Hebrew fiction works translated into Polish in the years 1869-1939.
