Summary/Abstract: The Structures used for managing the health of people in crisis situations and conflicts can not be others than the emergency ones. They are, and have to be organized in integrated systems, which should provide the exact knowledge of the situation, the implementation and operation of an information system in real time and optimal intervention for solving serious cases and any such cases. Therefore, we believe that the identification, analysis, knowledge and propose of appropriate structures – which, in our opinion, must be dynamic, modular and interactive – are a priority.
