Peculiarities of Applying of Musical Improvisation in Pedagogical Activities

Summary/Abstract: The goal of this article - to reveal the methodic peculiarities of application of musical improvisation in pedagogy. While reaching diverse process of education at art high schools, musical improvisation waits up till higher and higher attention in regard of music teachers and educological scientists. Musical improvisation as one of the forms of creative expressions has got spontaneous dynamism, collective activity and other characteristics. The named characteristics are especially actual in our days pedagogy, because they make preconditions for effective active in collective environment. One should like to emphasize that in order to make improvisation sound at music lesson, some conditions will be necessary, from which the most important is methods of application of musical improvisation. Peculiarities of the methods are being said by the very psychological and technical preconditions of musical improvisation, its destination and environment, which it is being applied in. Nowadays sorts of methods of improvisation are constantly being improved in order to correspond to the requirements rising for the actual period. Methods of associative pantonational improvisation has been presented in this article and the results of the performed analysis approved the efficiency of its application. The investigation showed, that while applying improvisation in pedagogic activity it is suitable to elect group mixed (free and systemic) improvisation, which mostly corresponds to context of improvisational process and level and specific character of collective education. Free improvisation gives a possibility of free playing and experimenting with sound to beginners, meanwhile, a systemic one helps to consolidate initial knowledge and skills of music dieory. The analysis of methods of music improvisations helped to establish two different directions in the music pedagogical activity, that is "discoveries" and "instructions", which correspond to die free and systemic improvisations. This polarization suites to die usage of die differential music improvisation, however, it possesses little effective while working with an association of children, having different musical abilities and skills. The results of the investigation while applying stimulating factors showed a rise of an improvisational level of the participants in the investigation, quick participants involvement into the process of improvisation, a possibility of an effective usage of the improvisational experience, a free development of creative ideas, a usage of die accumulated experience in a future pedagogical activity, and at the same time it justified the education of improvisational abilities according to die associative pantonacional methods.
