Summary/Abstract: In the thousand year old history of Bosnia and Herzegovina, National Liberation War, lead from 1941. to 1945., has been treated as the most important historic event. In this war the defeated forces were those political and military forces that occupied the country and organized genocidal actions against certain ethnic groups. In this war, Bosnia and Herzegovina was again constituted as a country in its historic borders. This wasn’t only a military war. It was fought also in the field of communications and propaganda. All four war years (1941.-1945.) in the communication sense, lasted in B&H for gaining public trust from one of the battle sides. The KPJ communication concept, organized and lead by Josip Broz Tito, finally won. Tito’s communication concept was directed towards all citizens and ethnic groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in contrast to the occupational concepts which advocated ethnic divisions and total dissapearance of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the historical scene.
