Dissolution of the Chamber of Deputies after the Last Amendment of the Constitution OF Czech Republic or How Do Not Get to early elections

Summary/Abstract: The paper anylyses preparation, proceedings and the enactment of a amendment of the Constitution of the Czech Republic. This amendment edits dissolving of the Chamber of Deputies by the president based on resolution accepted by three fifths of the Deputies. The attention is paid to the accepted amendment and also to considered alternative, which is based on possibility of shortening of a term office of the Chamber of Deputies by its resolution without the interference of the other constitutional authorities
