Criminal protection of copyright and of private copying

Summary/Abstract: The article underlines the importance of the protection of intellectual property rights which encourage the development of the culture and the economy. Also the author try to explain the notion of private copy and the cases in which the violation of author ,s rights there are considering offences. In many cases there is difficult to prove who is the person which comitted the offences against of author ,s rights, because the offences are comitted by the internet and the probation involve a lot of financial costs. The question is, if we have points of law or problems with the aplication of law.
