Summary/Abstract: As a territory and a state of Europe, Bosnia and Herzegovina is recognized by military presence on its own territory which is, after all that happened at the end of 20th century, not measurable with military facts of any other part of Europe, or even world. Bosnia and Herzegovina is in world and Europe also recognized by one more phenomenon: hiding the leaders of Serbian Nazi ideology, orderers and executors of genocide, who were been chased by communist authorities after World War II in Yugoslavia, and today by all relevant bodies of international organizations. These are two reasons that led to conclusion that Bosnia and Herzegovina has to become a member of a NATO, as an organization in which, hopefully, aggression and genocide on small peoples and states will not happen again.
