Summary/Abstract: In the last years, both national and international activities have been severely disturbed by the consequences of the financial crisis, which have taken control around the world and led to a large-scale economic and social involution. One of the phenomena which have appeared in this period of decline, has been corruption, which had devastating consequences on the economy and not only. Anti-corruption strategy represents an important fighting weapon for preventing, detecting and combating illicit phenomena, implementation being imperative because the presence of these phenomena will finally lead to the degradation of society.
