Summary/Abstract: In order to improve the employees’ nominal accountancy system and to implement some measures of control regarding the correlation between the level of salaries contributions and the level of contributions owed by the employers, legal persons, an IT application was conceived designed for all the economic agents in Romania who use the labour force in their economic activity.
