Ukraine joining the European Union: possibility of using the experience of the Slovak Republic

Summary/Abstract: In the article features the entry of Slovakia into the European Union, much attention is paid tothe reforms in the country in preparation for entry into the European community.The author focuses on the lessons that can remove Ukraine from slovakians experiences and perspectives addressed.European integration as a positive example, facilitates the implementation of integration activities by the Ukrainian side, are considered fruitful relations of the Slovak Foreign Policy Associationand the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies Uzhgorod (Ukraine). Reflect the views ofthe Slovak and Ukrainian expertson the issues under consideration. The author is based on the analysis of rich factual material concludes that the creative use of Ukrainian and Slovak experience in preparing accession to the European Union through the deepening of cross-border cooperation in advance Ukraine's European integration.
