An electronic single point of contact functionality for administration and entrepreneurs

Summary/Abstract: The article is a compendium of knowledge about the Polish point of single contact (PSC). The genesis of PSC, legal basis for its functioning and also user interface are described. The article in a very comprehensible way introduces different functionalities which can be applied by administration officials. It also presents several PSC benefits to businesses and citizens. At the end the barriers that prevent full electronization of administrative procedures as well as the problems with their implementation through the PSC are mentioned.
