Geto-Dacian settlements and necropolises: three case studies (OLTENI, COSLOGENI, HUNEDOARA)

Summary/Abstract: We will analyze these three discoveries for the following reasons: a) they are from different areas; b) they are from different periods, c) excavations were made in both the settlements and the connected necropolises, d) I have participated in the excavations from these sites, e) there are some shared characteristics of the rites and rituals performed by the Geto-Dacians of that time. The analysis of the vestiges from the aforementioned settlements and necropolises allows us to identify shared characteristics, but also differences, which are to be expected, given the various areas and periods that they are from.
