Summary/Abstract: The article «Technology of cultural dialogue the means of forming the communicative and reflective competence of students» pays attention to the fact that presently teaching of text interpretation allows the application of pedagogic technologies. The interpretation of the poem by V. Rozhdestvenski «The Rider» reveals how the technology of cultural dialogue determines the humanitarian development of the personality: forms the cultural competence, participates in perfection process of the student. The comparative analysis of written work indicates that the level of communicative and reflective competence of students depends on mastering the interpretation technology
