Summary/Abstract: The acceleration of economic, technological, social and environmental changes challenge managers and policy makers to gain knowledge when complexity of systems is growing. Many problems we are facing now arise as unanticipated side effects of our own past actions. Too often implemented policies aimed to solve important problems fail, worsen the existing, or create new ones. There fore interactive business games help us to understand not only our own interests, personal characteristics, competences but also to work in a team, be self-confident and develop abilities, and are very important in today’s life. Business games make it possible for a company to make right decisions and learn about their consequences. Through business games all costs may be reduced, all alternatives evaluated and the most favourable decisions made in real life situations.
