K. Krūza’s notes on Ludvigs Ādolfs Bērziņš

Summary/Abstract: The author, publishing for the first time the poet K. Krūza’s notes, has turn his attention to the practically unknown in the intellectual circles Latvian striver Ludvigs Ādolfs Bērziņš (1874 – 1925). L. A. Bērziņš was theologian, philosopher, philologist, he was fluent in Hebrew and ancient Greek, as well as in half a dozen European languages, he worked as pastor and lecturer in schools and in the faculty of Theology of the University of Latvia, and published his articles in the Mitteilungen und Nachrichten für die evangelische Kirche in Rußland (Theologisch-pastorales Beiheft Nr. 2).
