Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to make public the results of theoretical and empirical research, the model "System of promotion and support for the development of specialist's competitiveness in an enterprise (organisation)" and its expertise results. The article surveys the basis of the concept of staff's competitiveness, a special place given to the description of the designed model, the aim of which is to provide the support and promotion of the staff's competitiveness in an enterprise, as well as the analysis and assessment of results obtained during the expertise of the model. The designed model as such is a system of cooperation that contains four basic components of the interaction. Straipsnyje pateikiami teorinių ir empiriniai tyrimų rezultatai, remiantis ekspertiniu „Specialistų konkuren-cingumo vystymo palaikymo ir skatinimo sistema įmonėje (organizacijoje)" modelio vertinimu. Straipsnyje pagrinde apžvelgiama personalo konkurencingumo koncepcija, ypatingas dėmesys skiriamas modeliui, kuris atskleidžia personalo konkurencingumo palaikymo ir skatinimo aspektus įmonėje (organizacijoje). Analizuo-jamą modelį sudaro keturi pagrindiniai tarpusavyje sąveikaujantys komponentai.
