Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the introduction of the law that regulated the admission of certain persons to educational system and state services and it was applied to Jews. The law was introduced in Yugoslavia in 1940 during the government of Dragiša Cvetković and Vladko Maček. The article shows how it was applied in Croatia. This law was part of growing anti-Semitism in Kingdom of Yugoslavia and some other countries.
