Use of controlling in the motivation system of a company

Summary/Abstract: Traditional motivational systems operating in enterprises were based largely on subjective methods of staff assessment. These methods were, unfortunately, in many cases discouraging. The combination of controlling and motivational systems is to develop objective rules for the settlement of workers from their tasks The aim of the article is to present motivational system for managers working in a company as well as the present role of controlling the smooth and effective functioning of this system.
