Process-based approach in EU project scheduling

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to indicate possible ways of benefiting from common features of a process and a project at the planning stage, with particular emphasis on scheduling projects co-financed by the European Social Fund. This approach to scheduling may prove significant for the subject matter under discussion. The application of the process-based approach in time management will enable the identification of processes occurring at the stage of schedule development and the improvement of those processes by quality improvement tools.
