Summary/Abstract: The evolution of a family and its functions effected the increase of a role of social services for family, particularly attendance services for a small child and education services. Because of disability of a child, institutional assistance for family is necessary in his or her social and medical rehabilitation. Every child needs care according to his or her age. A disabled child needs special care, rehabilitation and medical action according to both a type of illness and a level of disability. Children with special educational needs, more and more learn and integrate in their peer environment in integration and public kindergartens as well as at integration and public primary schools.
